How can I submit articles or photographs for on-line publication?

Guidelines For Freelancers

Green Solutions Magazine is an on-line magazine published 12 times a year for anyone who is conscious about issues in our environment and who would like to keep informed with existing and new developments that others are taking to improve those issues. The magazine recognizes the need for environmental solutions and sustainability, and editorial content is developed to fill this need.

Content

We seek:

• articles of environmental solutions and sustainability, that affects individuals in the home, in the community or in the global environment.
• articles pertinent to environmental products, green living and natural health
• articles about artists and entertainers who strive to make a differencefor a better environment.
• short reviews on books that focus on environmental solutions
• articles on any green leader who is active and has a long standing history in working toward a better environment.
• short articles that explains an environmental word or phrase.
• photos that capture environmental solutions.

Articles may be any length.

How to Submit

Submit all articles via e-mail to editor@greensolutionsmag.com with the following format.

• The body of the e-mail should start out with your name, address, e-mail and phone number followed by paragraph or two about yourself and the work you are submitting, then your submission should follow right after or as an attachment (MicroSoft Word format).
• Also required is a hi-res (300 dpi; .jpg format) headshot, approximately 3" x 5".
• Any additional photos supplied should likewise be hi-res (300 dpi; .jpg format), and can be attached to the e-mail.
